We want you to get value from DigitalSpark. If something goes wrong, here is exactly when and how we refund.

New customers on any paid monthly plan may request a full refund within 14 days of their first successful payment, provided usage does not exceed 20% of the included credits. Email [email protected] with your invoice ID.
Annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days are refunded on a pro-rata basis less any used credits. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the term.
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once consumption begins, except where required by law. Unused top-up credits remain valid while your subscription is active.
Promotional and bonus credits added to your wallet (e.g. top-up bonuses or promo codes) are not refundable in cash. Refunds are calculated against paid credits only.
If we miss our 99.9% monthly uptime commitment, you may claim SLA service credits within 30 days of the affected month. SLA credits are applied to your next invoice; cash refunds are not provided for SLA breaches.
Statement-of-work engagements are billed per the SOW. Cancelled milestones are refundable for work not yet started. Delivered milestones are non-refundable.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most disputes are resolved within 48 hours. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
