  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal weapons.
  • Hate speech or harassment targeting protected characteristics.

  • Material that infringes third-party intellectual property.

2. Prohibited activities

  • Reverse engineering, scraping or circumventing rate limits.
  • Unauthorized access, credential stuffing or vulnerability probing without written consent.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS or voice calls (spam) via our APIs.

  • Training competing foundation models on our outputs.

3. Voice & calling rules

If you use Call Agent for outbound calls you must comply with TCPA, GDPR ePrivacy and local telecom rules — including prior consent, accurate caller-ID, do-not-call honoring and clear AI disclosure where required.

4. Security expectations

  • Use unique credentials. Enable MFA on production accounts.
  • Rotate API keys at least every 12 months and immediately on suspected leak.
  • Report vulnerabilities to [email protected] — we operate a coordinated-disclosure program.

5. Reporting abuse

Report violations to [email protected]. We triage within 24 hours and act based on severity.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, throttling, account suspension or termination without refund. Severe or illegal activity is reported to authorities.
